First. Applicable scope
The equipment is a dedicated device that can provide an anaerobic environment,to culture and operate anaerobic organisms in the anaerobic environment, which avoids the previous anaerobic biological death when exposed to oxygen in the atmosphere.
Second.The structural characteristics
This product is designed and manufactured with the latest technology,which consists of operating room, culture room, the three most of the sampling chamber ,the advanced and reliable temperature control circuit, the rational gas path design, easy-operated sterilizers and other parts.
The product adopts a scientific, simple means to achieve high precision and homothermal anaerobic environment, making it very convenient for the operator to get an anaerobic environment and operate in an anaerobic environment and culture anaerobic bacteria.
Temperature control adopts digital display temperature controller,which can accurately and intuitively set the temperature you need and reflect the actual temperature inside the box. with the effective temperature limit protection settings, it is safe and reliable. Equipped with ultraviolet disinfectant light in the incubator,the sterilization is can be done at any time. With the filtered gas into the box, it can effectively prevent bacterial contamination.
Pneumatic device can adjust the flow. Aisle room, operating room are both made ??of stainless steel plate. Its front window is made ??of transparent impact-resistant special glass and equipped with hole locking device ,which can effectively ensure the box gas concentrations.

Fourth .Method of use
1.Install the pressure reducing valve on the cylinder with nitrogen and mixture gas, regulate the pressure reducing valve, output pressure: 0.05~0.08Mpa
2.Open the power switch behind the equipment, Press the power switch on the control keypad, make the equipment power on
3.Put 1000g palladium particles and 500g desiccant into the operating room (closed) ,place the the Meilan bar into it (user self-made )
4.Close the interior and exterior doors of sample room and make vacuum calibration. (click control keypad vacuum pump "ZK" to open, and then click close)
5.Close the door both within and outside the sampling room, set the long arm rubber gloves on the two holes in front of the operating room, be careful not to leak

7.Substitution method of nitrogen: adjust for output pressure of nitrogen cylinder (the output pressure of reducing valve on the cylinder), typically about 0.1. Open the F2 switch on the control panel, and the vacuum pump switch at the same time, let it take away the air inside sampling chamber. When Nitrogen filled the operating room until the gloves out straight (not too much filled,otherwise the gloves burst.), F2 switches should be closed immediately. Then open the switch F3 and F4, make the gas of the operating room transit to the hallway room, until the gloves far inward straight. In order to prevent the glove bursting, switch F3 and F4 should be turned off immediately, such a nitrogen replacement has been completed. After repeating the above methods by 5-6 times , the replacement of the entire nitrogen will be completed, then close the pressure reducing valve and cylinder valve.

Open the F3 switch on the control panel, and the vacuum pump switch at the same time, let it take away the air inside sampling chamber. When mixed-gas filled the operating room until the gloves out straight (not too much filled,otherwise the gloves burst.), F3 switches should be closed immediately. Then open the switch F1 and F2, make the gas of the operating room transit to the sampling chamber, until the gloves far inward straight. In order to prevent the glove bursting, switch F1 and F2 should be turned off immediately, such a mixed-gas replacement has been completed. After repeating the above methods by 5-6 times , the replacement of the entire gas will be completed, the operating room has formed an anaerobic environment at this time, and turn off the vacuum pump switch. Open the F5 and adjust the steady flow valve and flow meter on the panel, so that the flow rate of flow meter is 10ml/min. Close the pressure reducing valve and the mixture valve until all the end of the experiment.
9.To truly achieve the required anaerobic state, use the Palladium particles sub-sieve to absorb the remaining oxygen molecules in the operating room, and finally use the bar (add a drop of pure water on the blue bar) to measure if there is oxygen in the operating room. It will be anaerobic environment if the bar becomes colorless. The cultivation of anaerobic bacteria can be cultured at this time.
10. If you forget to take a tool or something else needed in the operating room during experiment , open the outer door of the sampling room first, take what they want into the sampling room, close the outer door, open the vacuum pump switch, and then let it extract the air into the sampling room., Close the vacuum pump switch when the general pressure is about -0.06 to -0.08, open the F1 switch, fill the hallway room with nitrogen, make the indicator pointer on the pressure gauge drop to zero, turn off the F1 switch, then open the vacuum pump switch, Pulls out the vacuum to the pressure, turn off the vacuum pump switch. Open the F4 switch, fill the sampling room with mixed-gas until all the pressure gauge drop to zero, turn off the F4 switch, open the sample interior doors, move things to the operating room,and then close the inner door, open the sample chamber door directly when taking something out from the operating room (gas is replaced without turning on outside door of the sample chamber), put something into the sample chamber and close the inner door, then open the outside door to put things out. The pressure should be zero when sampling chamber is not in the state of gas replacement.
fifth.Operation of temperature control
In order to get the best results, please place the device indoors with environmental temperature being lower than the (temperature -5 ℃)when temperature control is needed, the best environmental temperature is 25 ℃. You had better use it in the air-conditioned room in summer.
Operation steps:
Firstly: connect the power source, open the power switch, display normal.
Secondly: Click the setting button to enter the temperature setting state, modify the desired value by increase, decrease key and shift key ??; and then press the setting button to enter the time setting state, modify the desired value by increase, decrease key and the shift key, then press the setting button, save and exit the setting state.It’s indicated that there is no timer function when the time is set to "0". The last one decimal point below the display window lights when time isn’t set to "0". The timer starts timing when the box starts working,the lighted decimal point flashes. It runs to the end when the time is up and the display window displays "end", the buzzer sounds for 30 seconds, press the decrease button for4 seconds, the program re-starts running , the shift key can be used as silencer when the buzzer sounds.
Thirdly: Press the setting button about 3 seconds when the prompt password "LC" appeares. Change the password to "3" by the increase,decrease key and shift key .Click the Settings button, enter temperature internal parameters setting state. you can modify every parameters by clicking the button. you can exit from this state when Pressing the setting button for 3 seconds and the parameters are automatically saved. It will automatically exit from this state if no key is pressed within 30 seconds and the current parameters are not saved.

Seventh.Precautions
1. Power detection should be made for leakage phenomenon before using an anaerobic box to check.
2. The power outlet should be reliably grounded and inverted transportation, handling is strictly prohibited.
3.The surface of the product is strictly prohibited to scrub with acid, alkali and other corrosive substance so as not to damage the equipment, box should be wiped with a dry cloth regularly.
4. Please turn the power off and unplug it when it’s not Long-term used.
5. Manufacturer has corrected the data of anaerobic box before leaving factory, so the user does not have its own correction for the avoidance of unnecessary loss. The amendment must be done in the factory under the guidance of manufacturer.
Eighth. Running environment conditions and maintenance

5. No strong vibration and corrosive gases exist.
6. Anaerobic box should be regularly inspected.maintained by qualified service personnel to check whether unusual circumstances exsit during running.If exist, a close look should be taken before troubleshooting.
Nineth. Transportation and storage
1. Equipment must be up and handled with care, and not be exposed to moisture or rain during transportation.
2. Transport and storage conditions: environmental temperature: -40 ℃ - 55 ℃; relative humidity: ≤ 90%; Atmospheric pressure: 960hpa - 1060hpa; no corrosive gas and a well-ventilated room.
